Dicastal North America was incorporated on August 29, 2014 in Greenville, Michigan. We manufacture aluminum alloy wheels for the auto industry utilizing the latest digital and core technology for melting, casting, heat-treating, machining, painting, and testing of our products.

Leadership Team

Dicastal North America (DNA)

Mike joined DNA in 2015 and was one of the first hired. He has more than 25 years of wheel manufacturing experience. While attending GMI (Kettering), he started his career as a Co-Op student and was then transferred to Engineering and Maintenance before moving to Production Supervision. Mike received his Master of Business Administration from University of Kentucky. During his free time, Mike likes to travel and spend time with his family. Mike’s advice for those interested in pursuing a career in the automotive field is to “Master the fundamentals, strive to be an expert in every job you do, take full accountability, and to learn the most you can.”

General Manager / Vice President

Scott joined DNA in 2014 and was the second employee hired into the company. He is responsible for Human Resources, Purchasing, Recruiting, Training, Safety, and Environmental. Prior to this, Scott was in leadership roles at Denso Manufacturing Michigan, Johnson Controls Automotive, Benteler Automotive, and Ranir Manufacturing. He received his master’s degree from Western Michigan University and bachelor's from Grand Valley State University.

Michael joined DNA in 2014. Prior to his current role, he was Project Manager of the company’s three-phased launch, overseeing project timing and cost. Michael also managed DNA’s production plan and digital manufacturing system implementation. He received his Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Nankai University, China.

Michael Xu

Production Control and IT Manager

Mike joined DNA in 2016. Prior to this, he was Value Stream Manager at Federal Mogul. Mike also has experience as an Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager at Denso Manufacturing and TRW Automotive. His early career experience was gained at Ford Motor Company and VISTEON in various engineering roles. Mike received his Master of Science Degree from Wayne State University and bachelor's from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Engineering Manager

Andrew leads Finance at DNA, which supports management and financial accounting; treasury; local and federal tax reporting; and government reporting. He has spent over 15 years in the field of Finance and almost five years in Information Technology where he was part of a team that implemented ERP solutions for manufacturing, procurement, and finance across North America using resources from around the globe. Andrew received his master’s degree from Grand Valley State University and bachelor's from Western Michigan University. During his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, mountain biking, and juggling.

Finance Manager

Steve manages every aspect of DNA’s facility, Spare Parts Crib, Preventative Maintenance Program, 5s, Safety, and Equipment Efficiency. In addition to managing the Equipment Assurance department, Steve sets an example by keeping the PM schedule and equipment uptime a top priority; and mentors the employees he works with to ensure repairs are made correctly and efficiently. Steve’s focus on team building, communication, and problem solving will map out a course for success here at DNA.

Keith joined DNA in January, 2018. Prior to this, he was with Superior Industries for 27 years, also an OEM supplier of aluminum wheels, where he worked in Casting Quality performing wheel x-rays and metal analysis; and continued working each process until Final Inspection. Keith is a Certified Quality Manager through ASQC, Six Sigma Green Belt, has numerous qualifications through specialized training in SPC, ISO-16494 Internal Auditor, and VDA Process Auditor through ENCONAcademy. Keith’s roots are far away from Michigan, which is why you’ll hear him say Y’all.

    Dicastal North America operates as a 100% owned subsidiary of CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd.—the world’s largest manufacturer of aluminum wheels for the auto industry, which was founded in 1988 and is based in Qin Huangdao City, China. CITIC Dicastal is a subsidiary of CITIC Group and provides products to almost every Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in China, Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
