About Us

Mike joined DNA in 2015 and was one of the first hired. He has more than 25 years of wheel manufacturing experience. While attending GMI (Kettering), he started his career as a Co-Op student and was then transferred to Engineering and Maintenance before moving to Production Supervision. Mike received his Master of Business Administration from University of Kentucky. During his free time, Mike likes to travel and spend time with his family. Mike’s advice for those interested in pursuing a career in the automotive field is to “Master the fundamentals, strive to be an expert in every job you do, take full accountability, and to learn the most you can.”

Keith joined DNA in January, 2018. Prior to this, he was with Superior Industries for 27 years, also an OEM supplier of aluminum wheels, where he worked in Casting Quality performing wheel x-rays and metal analysis; and continued working each process until Final Inspection. Keith is a Certified Quality Manager through ASQC, Six Sigma Green Belt, has numerous qualifications through specialized training in SPC, ISO-16494 Internal Auditor, and VDA Process Auditor through ENCONAcademy. Keith’s roots are far away from Michigan, which is why you’ll hear him say Y’all.
