Dicastal North America operates as a 100% owned subsidiary of CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd.—the world’s largest manufacturer of aluminum wheels for the auto industry, which was founded in 1988 and is based in Qin Huangdao City, China. CITIC Dicastal is a subsidiary of CITIC Group and provides products to almost every Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in China, Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
